"Stay Away, a song for the desperate, recorded live on Bainbridge Island during one stop on a late-2011 house concert tour. Our next show: Friday, 27 January 2012, B-Side Music, Seattle, and we have an entire YouTube channel at http://youtube.com/solarbirdy with more video.

CRIME and the Forces of Evil have released a pay-what-you-like four-song live EP: Espionage: Live from Mars, recorded in Seattle on July 8th, 2011! It includes the new song "Coyote," which will appear in studio version on the 2012 CD, Din of Thieves. The other songs are also on the new studio album Dick Tracy Must Die, available on iTunes, at Sonic Boom Records, and elsewhere!

This guy Zorp, who was in the audience at the Gypsy Cafe in Seattle, shot video of me (Dara Korra'ti/Solarbird, of CRIME and the Forces of Evil) playing - and posted it to youtube! I love it when people do things like that. He got three songs! {hearts} {hearts} {hearts}

This is the placeholder video for "Shout at the Desert," from _Dick Tracy Must Die_, by CRIME and the Forces of Evil. We hope to shoot a real video this summer and are scouting locations - see the video for details! But for now, please enjoy the music in the video jukebox. ^_^

CRIME and the Forces of Evil are now on iTunes! And the Facebook group said post about it. XD We've only got one review for _Dick Tracy Must Die_ so far, but it's a great one ("Roll Down the Windows and Crank Up the Volume - * * * * * " :D ). We also just shipped off promo CDs to our newly! signed! representation! in the United Kingdom, so we're very excited!

_Dick Tracy Must Die_, the album from CRIME and the Forces of Evil, is back from the mastering studio! You can listen to all 14 tracks free of charge here, or download the album, or pre-order the CD. I recorded it myself, having built a studio myself, so the whole thing is very, very DIY. I hope you like it!

It's ironic that a singer/songwriter/mini-band called CRIME and the Forces of Evil would post this, one of its least RAEG-driven songs, as its first youtube track. "Shout at the Desert" has much more RAAAAR! in it. But "Stars" is the first one back from the mastering engineer! Plus: we think it's awesome. Yay! XD
