Here I've tried to write my version of a jazz standard. It was a songwriting class project, taking to adjacent letters in the alphabet, make an adjective for one, a noun for the other, then write a song with that title. I pictured myself writing for a Fred Astaire movie and using all the conventions of a jazz standard, introduction, verses and bridge.
